These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the individual operator of Repurpost ("we," "us," or "our").
Repurpost is an AI-powered content repurposing tool. You provide long-form written content (blog posts, articles, essays), and the Service generates platform-native social media posts for platforms such as Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and email newsletters using artificial intelligence.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
To access most features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.
You retain full ownership of the content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models, sell it to third parties, or share it with other users.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
AI-generated content is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and taking accountability for any content you publish based on the Service's output. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, originality, or suitability of generated content for any particular purpose.
The Service offers a free tier with limited generations and paid subscription plans. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at abhishekkamlakar425@gmail.com within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but make no guarantees of uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email where reasonably practicable.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational harm. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
